Preferred Size
We advise that due to the natural nature of all timber we advise when detailing or installing timber slats that they are specified to have a 5-10mm negative space between each full length of timber. This is to allow for the natural expansion / contraction of the wood fibers. Avoiding twisting /warping of each slat.
